Workspace login error after new Installation of Essbase on Linux You could Not Be Authenticated. Please Check The Name And Password And Try Again

We are recently Installed on Essbase on linux server with 11.1.2.4 version and facing login issues with admin even if we give the right logins in the workspace login or EAS login page.

Symtopms :

A newly provisioned administrator is signing into Workspace for the first time, but an error is thrown: "You could Not Be Authenticated. Please Check The Name And Password And Try Again."  In the Workspace.log file, this error might also be seen: "Log on failed: error while checking user preferences."

Solution:

• Start the WebLogic Admin Server and login to the WebLogic Admin Console.
• Under Services > Data Sources, click the EPMSystemRegistry data source.
• Click the Connection Pool tab.
• Expand the "Advanced" entry.'
• Click the "Lock and Edit" button.
• Uncheck the "Wrap Data Types" checkbox.
• Click the "Save" button.
• Scroll up to the top and click on "Activate Changes" (if this step required).
• Restart the FoundationServices0 Managed Server service.
